The Convoy – Copperhide Roughout Leather Trucker by Gloss Leather
The Convoy reimagines the classic Type III trucker jacket through a modern lens, crafted from full-grain roughout cowhide in our signature Copperhide finish. Its burnished copper tone — a balance between rust and sun-baked clay — sets it apart, while the textured roughout surface promises to age beautifully, developing rich depth and character over time.
At the front, the Convoy features custom solid zinc donut buttons with a double-prong anchor design, complemented by two Western-style chest flap pockets adorned with subtle tone-on-tone embroidery. A widened upper chest seam allows the collar to fall naturally into a soft lapel-style roll, maintaining the jacket’s rugged structure with refined ease.
The back highlights a Western-scalloped rear yoke and a clean three-panel construction, free from pleats for a streamlined, tailored look. Side button adjusters allow easy waist customization for a precise fit. Inside, the jacket is finished with a 100% cotton twill lining in sage green, featuring two interior storage pockets — one open and one zippered for secure organization.
Each Convoy jacket by Gloss Leather is designed in Toronto and handcrafted in our dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We manage every stage of production — from pattern creation and leather selection to stitching and final inspection. Every piece is made in small batches, using premium full-grain hides, custom hardware, and includes complimentary custom sizing.
Production and fulfillment take approximately 2–4 weeks, as each Gloss Leather Convoy Jacket is made to order with meticulous attention to detail.
